The Rourkela Plant Site Police has arrested four accused in the case. <br /><br />As per sources, three women were involved in the child theft and the victim was kidnapped on December 4 from the Rourkela Railway Station. This kid was then sold to a woman in Midnapore for Rs. 1 Lakh. <br /><br />After rescuing the minor, Police have handed over the child to Disha, a child care agency as per the instructions of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC). <br /><br />One of the prime accused in the case has been identified as Santoshi Nayak, who is also suspected of being involved in a child theft racket in Rourkela.
